OPTIMISE
WORKFORCE
Developing People & Places
BACKGROUND
With over two decades of combined expertise gained in across various sectors - private, public and non-profit - on one hand, our team had been individually facilitating the success of high value projects and programmes locally and nationally, whilst on the other hand, helping healthcare clients fulfil purpose.
In 2022, we decided it was time to bring our strengths together and formulate an independent offer to help individuals and organisations in what we do best, developing people and places. So we formed Optimise Workforce Ltd and have since, been meeting the demand supply needs of our clients, ensuring that individuals and teams have what they need to succeed; via the two distinct arms of our business; Consultancy Services and Staffing Solutions.
The role of Optimise Workforce, via Project and Programme oriented Consultancy Services, is to help get rid of frustration and be an enabler of potential and purpose, by developing people and places using project-based training and resources.
